What do you like best? PRTG is very light, agent less, cross platform support, affordable network monitoring system. PRTG is one of the best network monitoring tools one can use.

What do you like best? PRTG gives a clear picture of what is going on in your network to monitor usage, loads and bandwitdh etc. Lots of customization. What do you dislike? It can take some time getting used to as anything. I do wish there customer support was much more accessible. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
