PRTG is pure Windows (Evil)
PRTG is pure Windows. If you want to read a simple log file on a Linux system, you have to create a samba share.If you want an System that is more stable and with more configuration, take a look at check_mk. It is free and based on a more stable system.

Lo he estado usando y me parece…
Lo he estado usando y me parece amigable y muy útil ya que permite configurar lo que realmente necesito colocar un sensor para las notificaciones, siendo un monitoreo practico y que se ajusta al ambiente de trabajo

best and easiest monitoring software…
best and easiest monitoring software for "non *nix freaks. Easy to install on Windows, easy to configure. 100 Sensors for free (totaly enough for small users). After that you pay but than you have also a budget for that which is much less than using a cloud provider... PRTG exists since i can remember to use computers (loooong time). Never changed their business modell into "we do only cloud and 10 USD / month / sensor business modells). And its European :-)))
