I’ve used many of scraping services over the years, and Crawlbase lands somewhere in the middle. It’s not the cheapest but it's more reliable than most of the free, DIY setups or even cheaper alternatives. Their call handling is definitely strong and reliable. If they added more integrations with 3rd party tools (like zapier or Make), that would make it more appealing for non develepers users like me.

My experience with Crawlbase has been a mix. On one hand, their crawling api is properly documented and easy to start, pages load fully and I didn’t have to worry about IP bans. On the other hand the rate limits were a bit restrictive at the beginning, and I had to reach out to support to unlock higher limits. Still they replied quickly and fixed it, so no major complaints.
