So Frustrating!

After hearing about ProWritingAid from various authors who have said good things about it, I bought two years subscription.I wish I hadn't, I am bitterly disappointed. On both the online version and the desktop version I find it slow and frustrating. I am using it with Scrivener and am wondering whether I am doing something wrong. Avoid at all cost!!

Avoid at all cost!!! The program is completely useless. It appears to me to be a scam. Once you pay there is no way of getting a refund. I contacted customer support and they deleted my account with out a refund.

Unfortunately I signed up to trial this program. When I tried to unsubscribe all I get is "Unable to unsubscribe because user not known" - odd !I have emailed their support and also via TwitterAll I get from Twitter "if you have raised this problem with support they will be in touch", in other words go away !Total disinterest from this company, So from Nov 2019 to mid Feb 2020, I am stuck with emails that have no interest to meEven blocking them on the Mail Server end has no effect

Avoid at ALL Cost

This is by far the Worst Grammar checking app I have ever seen. The worst part is I already bought 3 years licence at a discount,based on the positive comments by the time I bought it.There are extremely silly corrections that ProWriting aid suggest that even a kid would not accept. But I lived with that, until it came to a point where I cannot stand any more. I am an Economics student and I used these to check my Essays. A advanced writing suggestions app that works well

What do you like best? I like using the ProWritingAid in their website. I can pull it up within seconds and start writing within their editor without any fuss. I also like their editing tool that we can use as an extension to our text editing applications. It works very smoothly with Google Docs and gives me suggestions that are no where to be seen in standard text editor spell checking features. What do you dislike? New users can sign up quickly and start using ProWritingAid on their website or through an app extension with common word processing applications like Microsoft Word and Google Docs. Wonderful way to ensure you are writing at your best.

What do you like best? The fact that it integrates with any app you happen to open. Email, Facebook, etc. Corrects mistakes on webpages as you type. Perfect how you present yourself to others and get this app. What do you dislike? What do you like best? ProWritingAid is such a simple application to use, either on its own or as an app extension. It's almost like something that works automatically to train us with our writing.
