What do you like best? Proworkflow has lots of features that make keeping a project organized easy. I like the communication function because conversations are shown as threads and I hate chasing down which e-mail was the last one sent. What do you dislike? There are too many steps to set up a project. I'm not crazy about the interface. Recommendations to others considering the product: I found it pretty easy to use but some of my clients did not. ProWorkflow great for tracking projects!

What do you like best? Instead of managing projects through email strings, which often get broken, someone gets left out, etc. This has all that built in. We have double approvals for all our emails. We use this tool to share the project, gain additions/subtractions, then have everything in one area for tracking. We have had clients comeback to say something was not approved, when we have their timestamp saying they did. What do you dislike? We had some difficultly initially setting ...

What do you like best? I like how you can create templates and different sections to really clarify where a project is at and what is left to do. What do you dislike? It is kind of bland to look at. The dates are also hard to fill in until after you create the project. If you have a long template it takes twice as long to get it set up. What do you like best? Organization of the platform is fairly simple to learn What do you dislike? There are so many tools that it is hard to understand everything about the platform without training. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time tracking, job tracking. It helps give a big picture of how much business we do, how much time we spend, and keep all of the things we do organized.
