We were initially looking for a tool that catered for small business and allowed for project management, staff time tracking and invoicing. ProWorkflow is all this and more. The support we receive is fantastic. PROS: In a single application, we can keep track of all our projects and tasks associated with it. CONS: The search feature should be improved. It can be hard to look for items in the project archives.
