ProWorkflow is the best CMS I've used at this job

What do you like best? Customizable to fit our office workflow. Interface is pretty straightforward and easy to use. This product has been working far better than any other CMS used here for managing our office projects. What do you dislike? Pulling reports is not very easy or user friendly, same with enabling some of the more advanced features. A project with a large task list can look unorganized and be hard to follow.
