No better client for chatting

PROS: When we first started using this tool, it became easier for us to address client concerns since the tool was flexible enough to be installed on work stations, allowing our support agents to answer complaints as soon as they came in. This was really great, especially when compared to other tools that made us wait for a day before we could see any requests for support from our clients.

Budget-friendly

PROS: I'd say it's one of the best-value-for-money apps that we've come across. It's easy to use and does the job of sorting messages properly. CONS: Expectedly, it isn't the more robust apps around given the low price.

Reliable support

PROS: I'm no tech guy so having good support is a big deal for me. Not only because it solves potential issues but knowing that support is a chat away gives me peace of mind knowing that my own support system can function 99.99% of the time.

Easy to set up, use and customize

PROS: I have no problem setting this up and have the entire team use it from day one. It also lets me customize the dashboard according to our colors and preferences. Overall, it's a good choice. CONS: It could use reporting tools as is standard in other chat apps.

Ideal for a small business budget

PROS: It's intuitive, I have no problem navigating the tools. Customers will have a little problem, too, with the interface. It's also easy to set up. Neat and we've customized it to match our branding. Moreover, it's affordable, making it a good investment for small businesses.

Works well with major ecommerce platforms

PROS: I like the neat interface, especially how the icons are intuitive and easy to understand. Navigating the dashboard is easy. I also like being able to check for online visitors, as well as if they're typing. It helps me prepare the response. We're using Joomla and Magento and I'm happy to say integration is smooth.

Love ProvideSupport

Hard to believe that companies do not maintain a presence when they join such services as TrustPilot. I'm simply noticing the last comment was years ago. And only two comments. Why it's hard to believe is that I know personally how good this service is. I joined them in 2004 and stayed with them for about 15 years. The live chat had many, many options and they are great with support as well as a great affiliate program!

"A cost-effective option for small businesses"

What do you like best about Provide Support? It is an easy to use interface both from my point of view and that of any visitor that activates the live support chat option. It is very easy to set up and can be personalized to match the identity of your website.

What do you like best about Provide Support? In principle, using this software seemed very innovative and interesting. The icons are clearly understandable when handling the software, I can see who is online and available as an operator at the right time. It also shows me when someone is writing and that is very useful for me.
