Perfect when you need software for live support
PROS: There are a number of things to like about this tool, foremost of which is how it was easy for me to install it. Alexa Logman! Amazing customer service.
Needed assistance with IPs for a large contract customer who’s firewalls we’re blocking the service and after the chat session to Provide Support Alexa Logman, Tracked me down some how and later sent a follow up email to my work confirming ports and I had already terminated the chat and didn’t have time to confirm. Great price, simple setup and simple user interface
Good price, simple setup, and good user interface. It is the very only support system I have seen that allows you to link your support button to an existing form on your site. You know... something that simple... even if you use the built-in form/chat editor you will see it has much more to offer than many other places. we use providesupport on our website for nearly 10 years now and was never any issue. yes there a little slow with adopting the trends but still stable since. gut job so far ! hope in near feauture the app get more conf. and also the wp plugin need be updated its not working 100% stable with elementor or visualcompoer there are errors with the java scripting! but yes 5 stars bec never issue of downside...

A customer service client perfect for the internet
PROS: Compared to emails or phone calls, I've found that this tool is something that clients find easier to use. Clients feel more comfortable approaching us with their issues, enabling us to properly address them. It's also an added bonus that this has multiple customization options, and implementation is easy to accomplish.
