The access to live chat is a big plus
PROS: One thing that I really liked about this tool is that I could easily access the live chat. Website monitoring can also be done in real time, and combined with the live chat has made it easier for different parts of the team to communicate and stay in sync with each other.

Highly Recommended!
I highly recommend Provide Support! Along with providing a great Live Chat product, their customer service has been wonderful. They are instantly available, responsive, and always open to feedback and suggestions for improving the product. Provide Support has been great to work with and the Live Chat has helped us to connect with students and families during this virtual time.

Amazing LiveChat software meant for our company website.

Exceptional tool
PROS: I can confidently say that this tool's chat implementation is even more robust compared to other products like Salesforce and Zendesk. we've been using this tool for a decade now and it's a testament to its stability and dependability that we've only encountered problems with it about five years ago. It's got all the features our department needs to provide adequate support, resulting in more satisfied clients.

Provide Support is one of the best Live Chat software packages I have ever used, definitely the best when you use price to determine the value.I have never had any experience that wasn't great when dealing with their support staff. Confusing need instructions
I was unable to view the conversation only a particular window when one of us with chatting and it was impossible for me to understand and utilize this tool. Perhaps there should be some instructions before the chat yes?

Live Chats are excellent for providing resolution to customer issues.
PROS: The platform is so easy to learn, and navigation has never been a problem for everyone. We were able to customize some of its features and tailor fit it our business processes making sure that we can act upon customer issues and queries in a swift manner.
