My paid subscription was paid in full 3 weeks ago, yet my business account was disabled yesterday for non-payment (!). Prior to that, I tried to alert support about my invoice status not being updated - useless, they do not have any Customer support! Just a sham. They do not have either administration or accounting in place either. I found the well-hidden phone number, and was in contact with their office but still no help. I signed up to protonmail months ago

I signed up to protonmail months ago. all was ok untill I signed in and would not take password. kept trying but without success. I contacted them and they said do this do that, but useless. I have been trying tonight just by chance months later, and reset pass word, reset password. reset password, you get the point. Each time would not accept anything I do. Well proton mail, you are as good as a chocolate teapot. I advise anyone if they do not want to lose their mail go with another.

I've used Proton Mail since 2015 and find it very reliable.

I opened my Proton Mail account back in 2015 when I was frustrated that my Microsoft email had been hacked for the second time. Back then, there was a waiting list for Proton Mail, but joining it was definitely one of my better decisions. They blocked my account and don’t open it again without a real reason!

Bad support, horrible flagging system, account suspension

This is the worst email service. I migrated my personal email to proton mail and I was initially thinking of getting the paid version. After 2 days, my account was suspended. Apparently, their anti-abuse flagged my account. I tried to write to support but they are either non-responsive or they do not read my messages and just copy and paste default questions and basic answers about not able to overturn the account suspension. My account got suspended because of „abuse“.. Had to get my mail changed at lots of companies. I haven‘t written a mail in 6 months and suddenly Im the bad guy. I really dont recommend their services.

I've been Banned from Upgrading to Premium...

I've had free accounts, paid accounts. Gone from free to paid. Then let paid accounts go back to free. What I do not understand is when I no longer have the privilege to upgrade an account once Premium has expired and the reminder emails from PM have stopped. In other words I MISSED THEIR DEADLINE TO MAINTAIN THE UPGRADE.... (?) Shouldn't I be able to upgrade BACK to Premium any time that suits me? Why does it have to be on Proton's agenda? They stole my money

They stole my money. App crashed immediately after my payment was accepted, support is robot-like in asking same questions over and over again even if you give them all the information they requested. They refuse to either refund my money or provide me with the services I paid for. This is theft.
