PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like how it implements well with Microsoft Outlook, it offers new way to stay in contact with my clients. I can use product tracking and keep records so I can create monthly reports. If you are familiar with Outlook you won't have any troubles in managing this solution
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I tried other CRM tools over the years but I found Prophet easy to use to use and it makes great extension of Outlook. If you are using Outlook you won’t have any troubles and you won’t need any special trainings. What aspects are problematic or could work better?
