Wonderfully customisable

What do you like best? The variety of applications. There are an unending number of application in our business. What do you dislike? Pre-filling from previous forms is either unavailable of I just cant figure out how to do it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is a good way of not loosing paperwork.

Great Software

What do you like best? ProntoForms has by far the best conditional logic system for forms software. It helps create clean surveys and forms. The built in integration, although not a lot of connectors, is nice. What do you dislike? Wish they had a Dynamics 365 dataset connector. Also the portal seems to be in a state of two versions. The form editor is this nice more modern UI editor. But the rest of the admin portal a bit older looking, and could use some touch up. Bit hard to ...

Pleasant and empowering

What do you like best? The support team is fantastic. Building of the forms is simple and easily understood. What do you dislike? The home UI can be rather confusing for navigation. There is also no "in browser" testing or preview option for forms that are being built. Having to deploy, test, fix, deploy, test, etc is rather time consuming and frustrating. Pronto Forms is the Best!

What do you like best? The best thing about Pronto Forms is how user friendly it is. I'm able to train new technicians on how to use the app and the website very quickly. The custom dashboard is very useful for quickly viewing what jobs my technicians have completed. What do you dislike? I wish there was more detailed information in the support section. Best company decision of the last decade

What do you like best? Going paperless was a huge step forward for our company. What do you dislike? no issues at the current time. Any time we have a problem, we email support and they respond within a few hours Recommendations to others considering the product: Integration with quickbooks would be great What problems are you solving with the product? A fantastic Form tool

What do you like best? Recently, they released a massive update to their form builder which included repeatable sections and conditional formatting. This was a huge boon to my work in the application as our company performs multiple safety and pre-construction inspections for Independent Contractors of all types.
