What do you like best? Extremely user friendly and easy to learn. Easy to keep track of submitted reports and see where any errors may have occurred. What do you like best? The ease of use and ease or ability to set up forms to how your company wants them is great. We could easily make numerous forms for the varying levels or reporting we needed. What do you dislike? Sometimes we had issues with the automatic emailing of forms as sometimes reports didn't reach their destination. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is user-friendly, almost anyone can use it. It saves lot of time.
