Appreciation for prontoforms

What do you like best? Technical support quick way to respond and the knowledge of there platform is incredible What do you dislike? Nothing really, maybe some option not working like i would like but there is always a way around What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? instead of having lots of different excel sheet, word document, etc to gathered information we only have one software

What do you like best? Very easy to use and build out your own forms and templates. What do you dislike? Took some time to design and get our outputs to where we wanted them but we got there. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to build out our forms and push them through our sales teams mobile devices very easily.

The easiest tech implementation I have ever done.

What do you like best? The adoption of the tool by my team was the easiest and quickest of any technology solution. It typically takes days of on boarding and criticism by my teams. ProntoForms was minutes for the users to understand. What do you dislike? I think the user experience could be a little more customizable, perhaps freshen up the UI? I'd also like to have the org-level option for the app to auto-refresh the forms versions upon opening by the user to avoid them using old ...

Flexible and powerful too;l for replacing paper forms

What do you like best? That is both simple to understand and build forms as well as being very flexible to allow you to do everything you need, and more. What do you dislike? The step from Essentials to Advanced. There are one or two things available with the Advanced level that would be nice to have for us. But it is a big step from Essentials to Advanced which makes it very hard to justify for those few things that would be of benefit to us. Recommendations to others ...

What do you like best? Ease of distribution to all our remote users. What do you dislike? Fairly new to Pronto so I haven't had many dislikes as of yet. Recommendations to others considering the product: Test Test and do more testing before publishing What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Data collection from our field employees in real time is critical.

An app that does things for us that no other app can

What do you like best? We absolutely love how customizable this app is. We can change and add things to our forms extremely quickly and easily. What do you dislike? There isn't much we don't like about Pronto forms. If I had to pick something I would like more payment options. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Prontoforms allows us to be super flexible with our forms based on the situation.

The best decision we've ever made.

What do you like best? The ease of this program from the administrative standpoint as well as from a user stand point is phenomenal. It is so easy and simple to use. It has saved time and money. It is something we are still learning to utilize to our benefit, but has already helped in so many aspects of our company. What do you like best? Its so handy, we can quickly make forms and deploy them to our whole company. The forms have a ton of really cool features. The system is straightforward for our technicians to grasp and the platform is fairly easy to follow in order to customise our own workforms.
