What do you like best? I like the Customer facing presentation What do you dislike? Very manual process for creating forms. A copy and paste function from form to form would be good. What do you like best? The application/service has been constantly evolving, providing a lot of new and useful features. That and the API to use against our own systems has been very time-saving! What do you dislike? We did experience a couple outages over the last couple years, and with the number of users we have, we get a lot of calls coming to IT. It helps remove all the paperwork and allows the information rollup quicker!

What do you like best? It saves our sales team time organizing all their paperwork. Automation of results submitted to allow Management to review, sort and analyze. What do you dislike?
