What do you like best? I like the Customer facing presentation What do you dislike? Very manual process for creating forms. A copy and paste function from form to form would be good. I don't like the that the forms email comes form "do not reply." This is unprofessional when going to out customers What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The application/service has been constantly evolving, providing a lot of new and useful features. That and the API to use against our own systems has been very time-saving!
