What do you like best? Pronto has been great to work with. Very knowledgeable in what would help my company the most. Willing to work with my schedule. They have made generating the different forms very easy, giving us solutions to problems we didn't know could be fixed. They have also shown us how to create our own forms, so that we do not always have to rely on them to make modifications or generate new forms as our business expands. What do you like best? I do love that you are able to customize every question with the appropriate scale needed. Easy to Use

What do you like best? The forms are easy to use and easy to save into drafts which gives you the opportunity to review before submitting. What do you dislike? The analytics can be a little tricky and you'll need a good Pronto rep to help you navigate. What problems are you solving with the product? Easy to use

What do you like best? Ease of use. Works well for auditing purposes. Attaching pictures to surveys is easy and very helpful. What do you dislike? Wish List 1. I wish the survey would skip to the next question after I answer the previous one. Scrolling up every time gets tedious on long surveys. 2. What do you like best? The potential of eliminating paper based processes, analytics and automated flow paths. What do you dislike? Nothing yet. We are pretty early in the process, like most things - set up takes a lot of time and effort. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to deploy, easy to use!

What do you like best? Very user friendly with fantastic phone support. Was up and running with my first two forms in less than an hour. What do you dislike? Adding formulas and calculations to forms could be easier. Easily addressed with phone support. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Automating data capture if various paper based forms.

Overall, the forms are effective. Different levels of access can be tricky.

What do you like best? Getting forms to multiple teams across the org and stored in a common place, integrated with dropbox/email etc.. What do you dislike? It is not convenient in a few ways. The hierarchy is a bit hard to understand and easy to forget. Ways to customize logos arent the easiest to access.
