What do you like best? I like the estability of the system and the server. What do you dislike? Should be possible to fill a draft from diferentes devices. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We were able to inspect the containment operation of an underground mine and generate a report as soon as we arrived from the underground keeping our client aware of the service performed.

Easy to use and navigate

What do you like best? I like the filters and the option to save to filters for everyday use. What do you dislike? Setting up permissions at the beginning was time consuming and frustrating. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy to use What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm able to log and verify the service calls easier and by doing so we are able to correct issues with production faster and more efficient.

What do you like best? Pronto Forms is user friendly and easy to navigate. What do you dislike? The overall look of the forms could be improved upon with more options for customization (style, colour, etc). Calculations function could include a formula for auto tax calculation. Happy with the product

What do you like best? I like using the mobile applications the best. The app is easy to use and I like the aesthetic. What do you dislike? I don't like the look of the dashboard. It feels too technical. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it to carry out inspections of our buildings. It has been helpful and easy to use. We also use it to for reporting purposes. We download a lot of data to excel as well.

What do you like best? The ability to capture signatures, take pictures, and using Geo location services to tell us exactly where the user was when submitting the form is powerful stuff.
