What do you like best about Proliant? Proliant is easy to use and navigate and they provide excellent and timely support with dedicated support reps. The software has continuous upgrades and maintenance which are generally deployed bi-weekly. They provided training and education during all of the changes with COVID legislation which was extremely helpful. The tax department is responsive and helpful. What do you like best about Proliant? I love that Proliant is reliable! The entire system is user friendly. Our sales rep has kept in touch, and both of our account reps have been nothing short of awesome. They are responsive and knowledgeable. I do not have any complaints.
