"Disappointment All Around"
What do you like best about Proliant? The only good thing about Proliant is that running payroll is relatively simple. UI for running payroll is somewhat intuitive and runs pretty well.

What do you like best about Proliant? That I have used the system long enough to understand the finicky pieces and where the lack of integrations lie. My account manager is as experienced with it as I am, but he is highly responsive, so that's a plus.

What do you like best about Proliant? Proliant is simple and accessible. The program is easy to follow and our account manager has always been helpful. I enjoy the fact that Proliant holds quite a bit of information on our employees and can get most information I need from it. Prolems are easily solved by simply emailing or calling our account manager and nine times out of ten, the problem is solved with ease.

What do you like best about Proliant? I like how they seem like a small company and are willing to take phone calls and have an English-speaking person ready to help. Not just a help ticket submitted and then wait for an emailed answer or a video to watch. PLEASE NEVER CHANGE THIS ABOUT YOUR COMPANY!!!!
