What do you like best about Proliant? From on boarding to ongoing support the team is literally with you all the time. They answer even the smallest questions within minutes and are project management wizzards.

"Thorough system and good customer service"
What do you like best about Proliant? Proliant has very personalized customer service with individual representatives for each organization. They always get back to me quickly (and patiently) when I have questions. Proliant also provided high-quality training ahead of time and set up our system to manage the requirements we have to track multiple grants and other timekeeping aspects for our organization. Onboarding documents are also easy to send to new hires.

"Comprehensive and helpful"
What do you like best about Proliant? Time-keeping is convenient and easy for employees with the app-based time/labor entry. Support and representatives are always there to help with issues and get back to you quickly. Onboarding new employees is seamless and the system walks you through what can sometimes be a complicated process. We couldn't get by without Proliant. It makes everything so much easier and worry-free.
