"Payroll has been great, but HRIS portion is neutral."
What do you like best about Proliant? Time and labor part of Proliant has been a great payroll system for our company. We have complex multi-state tax jurisdictions that have caused us issues in the past.

What do you like best about Proliant? Being able to go to one area, for example the deductions page, and moving through the employees without having to go to the deductions page each time.

"The staff is friendly and the software seems to be growing and improving."
What do you like best about Proliant? The upsides would be having the resource guides and services team to reach out to. It also has a place to manage all employee documents and files and can create pay codes as needed rather quickly. Payroll works great.

"Good staff, good support, software could be improved"
What do you like best about Proliant? I think that the support from the staff on any issues is very good. There seems to have been a decent number of technical difficulties, but whenever they arise the staff is good with following up and getting me what I need.
