I love this program, has minor clitches
I love this program, it works well for me.Here are a list of the things to work on.1. Clitches - Sometimes the gantt charts move items randomly - this often means I have to re-align manually some of the lines.2. Dependancies- I have problems with the Finish/Finish dependancies. I have stopped using them due them not working correctly.3. I cannot add external contractors as a resource. This becomes a problem when planning over the whole portfolio of projects.4. Great Service
We got a quick and detailed response from the customer support and were able to fix the issue ourselves. Support person sent us a follow up e-mail checking if we could fix the issue and offering more solutions in case we didn't. Very Impressed.
