Scam
Scam. My boss signed up for the 'free trial period' and decided it wasn't a match, so cancelled by phone. When I reconciled our account 4 months later, we've been charged every month for 4 months now. Can't get them to call me back. Having to go through the bank to try to reverse the charges. No human being answers the phone EVER. How would we get support if we were using the software? LOVE, love, love Buildertrend, the tool we ended up choosing.
