Payment Taken for Unused account & Licenses
Upon expiry of my trial account more than 300USD were taken from my account without a warning that I would be billed imminently. Moreover, I am unable to download an invoice for the transaction from my account. All I can see if £0.00 invoices. The responses and attitude of their success team is shocking. It is not good enough to just use the terms and conditions as an excuse to take payment. Their free trials option is a scam use to take card details of unsuspecting users.

IT IS A SCAM
IT IS A SCAM. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!I have got ripped off by company. I sent a email 5 days before my trail finished in regards to the pricing. They did not reply until my trail finished and told me it is already too late to cancel my trail. So I got charged for USD$375/per month which you can not find this charge anywhere on their website.

Projectmanager.com has unauthorised…
I am a cybersecurity professional and yet Projectmanager.com has unauthorised debited £1248.49 GBP (1,568.73 USD) from my account to date that is a yearly rate of $3745.47 USD = £2982.14GBP for a free trial of personal subscription. This shows several methods where lack of transactional transparency is used to trick consumers. One star is very generous
One star is very generous. Yes, this is a scam. They say it's $25.00/month but charge you $375USD (which is $524 Canadian. A month. Stay far far away from them...so wish I had researched more before starting the free trial. If you have the free trial PHONE them to cancel. You cannot cancel in your account settings.

Worst customer service
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Easy to use, but I didn't have a lot of time to try it What aspects are problematic or could work better? I signed up for the 30 days trial. Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Never received any service, email confirmation or anything. When I tried to reach out to them, I only received an automated response. Now that I cancelled, I receive emails every second day. Horrible
