What do you like best about Prodigal? Precise and straightforward in terms of finding accurate analysis on sample calls and varied search criteria. What do you dislike about Prodigal? I would like to see same-day call integration so that we could do same-day monitoring using prodigal and speech to text accuracy needs to improve. What problems is Prodigal solving and how is that benefiting you? Prodigal helps in searching on specific criteria, which are very useful in analysis.

What do you like best about Prodigal? Easy to find Call Details and being able to listen to the calls accurately based on search What do you dislike about Prodigal? What do you like best about Prodigal? We like the ability to read and hear the call rather than listen and catch everything said by the agent and customer. We also like the ability to make changes to your "scorecards" as you see fit for your business needs. The website is also very User-friendly. What do you dislike about Prodigal? What do you like best about Prodigal? They have an awesome Support Team that responds to your concerns. They are also quick to act on any feature requests. What do you dislike about Prodigal?
