What do you like best? Easy to use modules. All screens are set up alike to make the experience for new users seamless. All information for a project is in one location, accessed easily and tracked throughout. Customer service is the best I have come across. What do you like best? Notifications with every upload/update for every submittal on the project from beginning to end. The automatic build of a submittal log at a click of a button is simply a time savor. What do you dislike? Does not force a user to look at the detail comments. What do you like best? The organization and tracking of construction documents, drawing tools, RFI's, tracking of submittals, trade contact information based on the project. What do you like best? The Punch list portion of the software, with iPad app compatibility is by far my favorite aspect. It allows a great deal of information to be communicated effortlessly. What do you dislike? Permissions need some work. As it currently stands, a GC or sub can enter a due date for RFI and/or submittal that are less than the contractually agreed upon duration, which gives the appearance of lateness.
