What do you like best? As administrator in my office, I am quickly able to add subcontractors and other contacts when requested by the field supervisors. What do you dislike? It is difficult to get buy-in by some of the "seasoned" office management and even more difficult to get buy-in from the field. In the field especially, there is no grey area.
