What do you like best? The support team is available throughout the day through many avenues (chat, calls, email). Once you are a seasoned user, there are opportunities through GroundBreak and other avenues to collaborate with the developers to try to the system better. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The ease of use. I like having access to all of the project management tools from my desk and onsite. What do you dislike? The submittal process could be tweaked. The process to resubmit gets confusing. Recommendations to others considering the product: Utilize the support team. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Its nice to have everything in one place. No more using 3 or 4 different software programs.

What do you like best? the communication factor and accessibility. I like the daily log function. Keeps tracking man power easy and simple.
