Love it!
What do you like best? It doesn't matter if I'm having a good day or a bad day... the tasks get done correctly, every time. What do you dislike? I generally have an easy time learning new softwares, but I found it a little hard to learn, even after watching some videos. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This software reduces/eliminates guess work and human error... it's an absolute essential for scaling my business effectively.

What do you like best? Very easy to use, great functionally and they keep adding awesome features What do you dislike? What do you like best? - The simplicity. The interface is extremely simple to navigate which helps when introducing the platform to new team members. - The fact that you're able to have everything that goes on in your company kept track of in one place. Intuitive to use, yet robust Process Management system
What do you like best? It's conditional logic and integration with Zapier. What do you dislike? Not much to dislike. They could make their permission settings a bit more user friendly. Recommendations to others considering the product I suggest you use it! What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are putting most of our procedures that need to be run as a checklist and reference documentation on process street.

The way all software should work
What do you like best? The folks are process street have created a program that works well. It is intuitive and includes lots of features. More than that the customer service is top tier. If I ask a question, I get a response usually within 30 minutes. Always before their self-imposed deadline of 24 hours. Not only that, they take suggestions and needs to heart. Process Street is the epitome of doing one thing well
What do you like best? There are other softwares out there that offer workflows but none as well as Process Street. One click creation of pre-filled workflows, ability to integrate with Zapier, attach files and upload files, format text, add subtasks, the list goes on. What do you dislike?
