Decent platform for what it does

What do you like best? Easy to use. The information is presented OK. The colors are nice. What do you dislike? The initials for the various team members are badly displayed - if you have a team with multiple team members who share the same initials it could become really confusing! What do you like best? Process street allows us to keep all of our processes and workflows properly organized and up to date. Changes to a workflow can be made very easily and then updated globally across any active checklists that may be in motion. Between webhooks, API and Zapier integrations, there should be little issues with scaling user content.
