Super fast support
Support always replies really fast, any time of day, which is great. The problems can sometimes be tricky and need a few emails back and forth but in the end they're always fixed!

Quick to resolve "Connection Error" issue
I contacted PrivateVPN in their messenger due to "Connection Error" issue in my iPhone. Dale was quick to take up my case and resolved it in a day. I am thankful to Dale in this regard.

Dale was super helpful
Dale was super helpful. He provided an immediate response and there was a solution developed within 12 hours. While I was waiting for the solution, I was provided a temporary way for accessing the VPN. We’ve had great service with PrivateVPN and Dale’s great customer service contributed that much more.

Unblocking of streaming services, well done!
The team has unblocked a streaming service (BBC Iplayer) that had blacklisted all PrivateVPN's UK servers. Solution provided within reasonable time. It is a recurring issue and the team is always prepared to resolve it :)

Slow connection fixed within an hour!
The L2TP VPN services that I use for my work were extremely slow for 3-4 days, today I raised a complaint after making sure that the issue was not at my end. Thankful to the support for reassuring me that my issue will be fixed in 24-48 hours, but a phenomenal job by the customer support team they fixed my issue in less than an hour.
