Astonishingly quick tech support
I had a technical issue after installing PrivateVPN on my MacBook, so I couldn’t use the service properly. JL from the support team got back to me after my initial email in literally 2 minutes, and with their help my issue was resolved surprisingly quickly. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and efficiently I can get help from tech support, so even though I usually don’t write any reviews, I would like to recommend them here!

Solid company and VPN
