Brilliant support service!!!
I was having trouble getting some pop up windows to load properly, so I could watch the sport I wanted. I got onto the help chat line, and Mac very quickly guided me to a solution for my problem! There is no way I would have figured this out by myself, but Mac had me back on track in minutes! Thanks, PrivateVPN and thanks Mac!
