I tried something new and paid with…
I tried something new and paid with bitcoin for 3 years VIP 85% discount subscription. A little technical confusion were involved finding the Transaction ID which required as a payment document, and I had no idea how to get that. But thanks to 'JC' a first class support who effectively solved the issue in no time. Thank you :)

I had a connecting issue on my Macbook after a system update. So i contacted the support team. Thankfully JC and Jim from support team have answered my email immediately and dealt with. They’ve explained me everything i should know and gave me an alternative vpn connection option while the team fixes the issue. They kept in touch with me in these couple of days until the issue have been fixed.
