Always a pleasure to deal with the support staff at Private VPN. I have been a client now for about three years and can honestly say that their customer care is first class. I was unable to sign into PrivateVPN
I was unable to sign into PrivateVPN, so I joined a chat with Tom. His reply was almost instant and he gave me the correct instructions to get back on line within minutes. It's great to know you can still chat with a real person.
