Best customer service ever…
Best customer service I have ever encountered. On the very few occasions that I have had connection issues all it takes is a message to customer service to get a super prompt reply with a fix for my issues. I am a long time customer and keep coming back because of their commitment to service.

I contacted PrivateVpn (Dale answered me) for a connection problem and I was first greeted very warmly then I was advised to do some manipulations on my Windows 10 PC. After following these advice my problem has been resolved. Thank you so much. Log in problem
I had two wonderful supports "Tom" and "Dale" to help me with my log-in issue. It started with "Dale" but our conversation got cut off. He continued to help me via email. Meanwhile, I got directed to "Tom" on the chat and he also patiently helped me with my issue.

L2TP problem configuring my router…
