Needed customer support
Needed customer support. Dale was patient and after some time solved my problem. I got cut off from him (my fault) but I was able to be transferred back to him rather that starting over. Dale was polite and extremely helpful.

Give Dale a raise
The great Dale helped me so I could watch The Next Step. I was really sad because I really wanted to watch The Next Step, but then Dale came in like a hero. He validated all my feelings and helped me with the best troubleshooting ever. I would like to personally thank Dale, as he is the reason I can now watch The Next Step.
