Dale was extremely helpful at analyzing what could go wrong, detecting all elements and when none were found used Teamviewer and then had found the missing element that was needed for the VPN to work. Amazing work, Dale, much much appreciated!!!

Excellent Support
I purchased and downloaded the VPN today and was unable to connect to any server. I contacted support and had an immediate response from Jim. After a couple of emails my problem was solved. Excellent support (unlike ExpressVPN) and the VPN works great.

Great support.
Great support. I had a problem connecting. I easily found the log files and traced the error message. I couldn't find anything via google. Then I tried the PrivateVPN chat support. After 5 minutes Tom sorted my problem. Great work.
