Dale on chat support was a life saver!
Trying to set up VPN on my Raspberry Pi with Rasbian and could not get it to work. I got great help from Dale on the chat support to try a few different things before we (he) got it working for me. Works out it's my own network or ISP that was the problem but Dale found a workaround. Great product and great service! I recommend for anyone that need VPN.

Always a pleasure to deal with the support staff at Private VPN. I have been a client now for about three years and can honestly say that their customer care is first class. My most recent dealing has been with JC who was polite, professional and knowledgeable which meant that my issue was resolved in record time. He followed up to ensure that the service was in working order which I much appreciated.
