Great Customer Service!
I traveled to China recently, where Internet access is tightly controlled. Had to get in touch with customer service. To my surprise, emails were answered quickly, despite the time difference. They were able to come up with couple alternatives, and provided detailed instructions. One fix worked! Thanks to Privatevpn, I was able to access my email, Google products, and Dropbox (all blocked in China). Highly recommend!

Perfect service
I got the trial period and had some issues but the Customer Service was really great. They really go the extra mile for the Customer. I will be buying a subscription just for their excellent Technical support.

Private VPN repeat customer. They offer really good value for money.The support crew is the best I’ve dealt with. Had a problem reconnecting to Privatevpn recently during a holiday in Spain. I tried the usual things but to no avail. I sent an email to the helpline not expecting a quick response . But - surprise - someone called Yuri got back to me almost immediately. After the first fix didn't work, he got straight back to me with more info which worked. Fast customer service.
I had problem with pay for services ( it was something wrong with my card )so I wrote message to customer service, how can I pay. I got answer 5 min after with solution, customer service is on very high level, other companys can study from PrivateVPN, what it should look like customer service.

First Class Company with First Class Service
On August 10, 2019, I obtained PrivateVPN and began to use it. I discovered a problem that I consider to be fairly complex and shared it with PrivateVPN. They literally took ownership of it immediately and began to try to figure out the issue. It wasn't easy. Very pleased
I got this vpn because it was the only affordable vpn I could watch DAZN with. I'm very pleased with the speeds and I like that the servers show how high their ping is. A very good vpn
