I am very happy with the customer service. very patient. we installed remote help and he tried everything. i am on win 7 not sure which pk i have. I may to probably will have to upgrade to win 8 or 10. Though i am running pvpn on my android boxes with out problems. The price is great value. I highly recommend PrivateVPN.

Excellent Service

Have had the need to contact VPN Customer Service of the last 2 years, only due to my lack of experience. On all occasions when problems have been solved immediately. If only all CS Depts. were that efficient. Excellent!!

Good value. I first bought a 3 month subscription to unblock various streaming services and for privacy reasons on shared wifi. I really like that I don't have to get tied to one VPN for 3 yrs to get a decent deal (it seems to be the standard), which is the main reason I decided to go with privatevpn to begin with. Absolutely do not trust this company

Absolutely - do not trust this company. I recently purchased a 3 month subscription for privatevpn to try it out - principally for connecting to bbc iplayer. This did not work. I contacted their support who gave me a few feeble ideas for correcting the situation (clear the cache, try an incognito logon) which did not help. Cannot fault product or customer service

With the VPN market saturated and over ambitious claims, needed a provider to offer a truly free no questions asked trial of their product.On request Private VPN gave me a seven day trial without needling a credit card etc.Service standard is fantastic and just what the doctor ordered. Will subscribe to their yearly subscription which is not bad compared to rival VPN Providers.

Very Poor Service

The VPN was great when I originally bought and installed it. However, I have been having problems with VPN connection for almost 2 months and the responses from the customer services team at Private VPN have been extremely poor, to the extent that I still have no VPN. Steer clear of Private VPN as there are better products and much better after sales customer service out there.
