Poor support experience
I tried privatevpn couple of times, at first I was happy with the service but after some time their server on my country started to perform poorly. I contacted support and they said they have nothing to do to fix it.After some time I changed my ISP and I wanted to give a try to privatevpn again to see how it performs. I get maximum of 40Mbps (even lower mostly) for my 100 Mbps connection with the server in my country. For other servers I can get as high as 85Mbps. So obviously there is a ...

I'm not to clever with computers but…
I'm not to clever with computers but with private VPN it was so easy just downloaded software for 2xphones and my computer and that was it working , spoke with customer service about connecting my smart tv and they where very helpful .

PrivateVPN does not ignore an issue… they don't stop till the issue is fixed.
PrivateVPN does not ignore an issue reported by a customer. This was how I feel with my recent issue connection to Australia got resolved:1. They acknowledged receipt of issue reported2. They ask questions (and essential for me to provide as much as I can ... it's a two way street, right?)3. They worked hard to resolve the issue. They may feel 'dormant' to you, but they are doing their best ... not hearing from them for three to four days, I just waited ... the reason is I had issues before ...

I've been a client for over a year
I've been a client for over a year. I've never used VPN before but support from privatevpn made it easy to get me up and running. I used a second router which they successfully helped me set up. 2 other issues during the year I had were also resolved smoothly. Prices are fair, and app is user friendly. I'm very happy with choosing privatevpn.
