I had a slight issue with the VPN, I spoke with Richard in customer service, he was so fast at getting back to me and fixing the issue and then following up a day later to make sure everything was ok.

I am very happy with PrivateVPN. Its fast and stable. When I have a problem, which is seldom (and often just a lack of knowledge on my part) their online chat is always there to help inside minutes. I recommend this service to all my friends and family.

As good as it gets

I have tried several VPN’s with varying success. Eventually I turned to PrivateVPN and what a brilliant result. I have dealt with two specific members of their back-up team,Yuri and Serghei, both of whom were hugely helpful and knowledgeable. May I add I am a computer disaster. I am impressed with PrivateVPN and most especially with the support. Usually I hear back from an email support ticket within minutes. PrivateVPN has an attractive interface with many selections. There is a learning curve, but the techs walk me through anything I didn't understand. I used other VPN programs, but PrivateVPN is the best I've used with its many connections. I recommend it to anyone.

I have tried loads of vpn services but could never get one installed on my routers until I signed up to Privatevpn. They took their time to help me set it up the best service I have had. I am very grateful to them.
