Free trial…
I'm currently using the free trial period, I must say I've been very impressed with there dedicated IP list. No buffering or real loss of picture quality. For sure there is one or two issues I would like to see get resolved maybe add more dedicated IP's. But for the price I will definitely be heading back to PrivateVPN!

Great customer service
In this day and age of anonymous IT companies who outsource their support desks to people who don't really know the product and who don't really care, it's nice to find one company that gives true customer service. I've had reason to ask Privatevpn for some guidance on a few occasions and each time I've received a prompt reply giving me the answers I've needed.
