Private VPN has best support I have encountered

I was installing VPN on a new computer. PrivateVPN did not cooperate. Now password is fixed/and recorded. VPN now works on both computers.

I had an issue where i couldn't log in on one of my devices, but i got an instant answer from the live chat support from Ferdinand, he sent me a link for a new installer and my issue was fixed. In conclusion, my experience with support was great!

Privatevpn service is great.Also, their customer support is extraordinary. They always answered my complicated questions and always solved my problems fastly. Currently, I use PrivateVpn on IOS,Windows and Linux Mint. There is no application for linux but it is working flawlessly.

I use and have used several VPNs including some very well known ones as I cycle between each provider on different devices as a daily routine. Private VPN is one of the really good ones. The only reason I give them 4 stars is because they have not implemented WireGuard which would have boosted their quality of service right up there with the big (read more expensive) VPNs.
