Just chat, no sweat
When you re-arrange your "system" of mail-adresses, like I did, you might come to the point where you might think: but my mailadress is my username, so ....how? I did. Being old-school DIY, it takes sometime before I realize: I can ask help for that. And so I did. Just chat, no sweat. And then do what you are told (send proof of ... etcetera). Good Service
When I needed help in setting up the service, their response was prompt. Connections are good and I cannot discern any speed difference when using vpn. I purchased the three year option which is an excellent price. I am satisfied with the service.

The technical support are amazing
