Fastest and greatest support I have ever seen in my life
I had a lot of trouble since I am not used to VPN and i ask the support for help, I was surprised to be responded by a human il less than 10minutess who asked details about my problemes and responded in less than 2 minutes everytime, I usually don't give notes but I felt like giving thins kind of comment will make company do same.

Blocked website on iPhone-turn off location services, Chat support Fixed Quickly
I needed help and initiated a chat. An associate named Caleb knew exactly what was wrong. I have an iPhone and my “location services” was still enabled. With my privatevpn on,the owner of parallels.com was able to see my iPhone location did not match the ip I was coming from. Thanks so much for support. The chat experience was GREAT and SUPER QUICK. Thanks Caleb for being KNOWLEDGABLE and resolving Case 29121

THE best support customer ever !
THE best support customer ever ! I can connect to so many countries and several servers and in these 4 years that i´m a customer, i can´ t remember a single day i got disconnected. Did i mentioned they have THE best support team ?! :D

Disney+ issue problem with connect
a guy named Caleb helped me with a Disney+ issue today. after installing the private VPN Disney application, it stopped working, it turned out that you need to log in to servers with a dedicated IP, now everything works as it should. thanks Caleb #28882
