Great commitment
Originally we struck out, but that was likely more to do with my ancient system than anything else. New hardware and a clean Win-install later and Bob's your uncle. Dedication from the entire support team commendable!

The right dmg
I had a small problem with finding a dmg to install Private VPMN on a new computer. I wrote to Private VPN and got a message from 'Caleb with a link to the dmg I required. The response was also timely. So far my experience with Private VPN has been very good and the price has been just right.
