I have been using Private VPN since 2020. Had very few issues during that period (2 or 3) And all related to log in. The VPN services are stable, speed is good. Establishing connectivity to any of the available servers takes few seconds. The support team reply in a swift manner to every question. Resolve the issues very fast, no matter which time of the day it occures. My last experience was on 03 Jan 2023, when a very kind support memeber "JL" helped me to resolve a log in issue.

Exceptional customer service

Exceptional customer service. Install on Linux required considerable research and experimentation. Scripts, configurations and permissions had to be implemented. This required prolonged communication and testing. The techs at Private VPN were patient, diligent and extremely helpful. I am very impressed. Not only do their services perform exceptionally so do their techs.

I have had to contact the Support desk several times over the years that I have had PrivateVPN (usually because I have forgotten my password) and they have been unvaryingly prompt, helpful and polite in their response Once again my issue has been fully resolved and I am able to continue using the app. Thanks PrivateVPN, I will continue to unreservedly recommend you to friends and family.

Have been using this for two years now. Fantastic support and very responsive team. They resolve both technical and administrative queries swiftly and don't stick to the "it's policy" line to get away. Just renewed my subscription for further two years. Highly recommended!

They are awesome

They are awesome! I have used PrivateVPN for two years and just renewed for another three years. They are fast, plenty of servers and connection options, and good and fast support too. Also, they're one of the few VPN providers that supports an incoming port for p2p.

Macbook M2 problem…

I recently bought an M2 Macbook and installed Private VPN on it. I can't seem to figure out why I can' t connect to any server from the app. Thankfully, Mac helped me make through it and has the VPN worked back like the usual.
