Quick Resolution of Issues and Professionalism from the support team
I had some trouble with accessing the streaming services I required and wanted to cancel my subscription. Caleb and Carlo assisted me with the issue and were able to quickly resolve the issue within less than few hours! The speed of service and professionalism is excellent! Really glad ;)

Nothing negative to say, really responsive and helpful when needed.
PrivateVPN has been great for the last couple of years we've been using it. Had an issue recently which for some reason I held off reporting on thinking that I would need a significant amount of time, but Ferdinand sorted me out in a couple of minutes.

Support succeded
Support succeded to find solution for a most irritating problem. Of a billion webbsites ,there was one (1) in the amazon cloud I couldn't connect to. Now I can.

You can rely on PrivateVPN
I have never had a problem with the app itself just linking into various sites. Recently I have been unable to log into a favourite site. Tried all sorts of get arounds. Contacted support at PrivateVPN who suggested a simple fix which unfortunately didn't work. Evidently the site I was trying had changed their modus operandi. Carlo - the support guy - wouldn't give up. In the end he logged onto my machine remotely, did some sort of magic stuff, and everything worked. Seriously, if all ...
